Annual Software Service Support covers more than technical support for end users. It is also an annual maintenance service for the software. The subscription service ensures you have the most current software system for your incident reporting needs, including new features and functions. We release approximately 4 upgrades per year, all of which are available for download from our secure site with your password protected login. The timing of this upgrade deployment is determined by the customer with the assistance of our Technical Support department. Once these are deployed at the server level, they are automatically pushed to the client level, ensuring version control for all users.
Annual Software Service and Support (SSA) for iTrak Forms Library will include 1 form change per year (not to exceed 10 fields) along with technical support services as outlined in our Software License & Services Agreement.
Service and support costs will be guaranteed for the first year of the contract, from the point of installation. Annual Service and Support will be billed upon installation and covers 12 months + the warranty period (as outlined in the iView Systems Software Licence & Services Agreement)
