Premier Health Partners (PHP) is a large health system serving southwest Ohio communities by improving the quality, affordability, and accessibility of health care. When PHP approached iView Systems they were in search for acquiring software to manage their security reports. The system would be used to report various incidents that happen around the hospitals and their grounds, document known suspects and/or automobiles that have been involved in incidents related to the hospitals, patients, properties associated, etc. PHP needed an all in one product to track these incidents. The technical requirements of their system were to have a Web based interface. The system also needed to be tailored to certain search fields for optimization. Some of the main fields that PHP was looking for included: Date, Classification of Incidents, Property, Contacts, Damaged Property Fields, Theft Fields and Case Numbering.
PHP was looking for a flexible reporting tool to provide statistical analysis for each Hospital/ Company, with required search functionality fields. The iTrak Incident Reporting and Risk Management system enabled PHP to meet of their system requirements and goals. Its modular design enabled the purchasing of their needs, while offering a complete upgrade path for larger applications. The iTrak system delivers a comprehensive secure platform for daily log reporting, incident management and subject profiling, with the ability to provide complete investigation management, reporting, interview management, risk analysis and assessment, personnel, briefing log entries and more.
iTrak delivers quick, accurate analysis with comprehensive graphing and statistics, pinpointing liabilities and controlling losses and insurance costs. The iDispatch System was a module upgrade that PHP chose to install to compliment their iTrak System. Their multi-site computer aided security dispatch environments, required optimization for rapid response times and high system reliability.
Since time is of the essence, a computer aided dispatch system needed to provide accurate and efficient data entry and officer assignment and management. With the Incident Management and Dispatch System in place, PHP has all of the tools designed to improve their security workflow. In addition, the dispatch system provides them with a real-time view of all current activity with full officer status and assignment.
