iView Systems Acquired by EndX Group

Burlington, Ontario, February 28, 2005 - iView Systems, a leading provider of security and surveillance solutions for the gaming and corporate security marketplace, today announced that it has been acquired by EndX Group.

The product and market synergies of iView Systems and EndX within the international gaming environment and other vertical markets, makes this a welcome acquisition that will enable iView to grow, while expanding its product range.

The further opportunities created by the distribution relationship with EndX were readily apparent at this year’s ICE (International Casino Exhibition) show in London, UK, where iView’s products were introduced to the European marketplace by EndX.
